Manager's Code Of Conduct

All managers & coaches must treat all players equally and gain mutual trust of each player

Always put the well being & safety of each player above all other agendas. If a player is injured in anyway then he must not take part in any match or training sessions

Always follow club rules & regulations as laid down by the committee

Managers must guide & encourage players to take responsibility for their own behaviour & performances within the team

Always ensure that the training & methods are appropriate for the players age & ability to promote self esteem within the players & reward with positive encouragement at all times

Always let the players know exactly what is expected of them during a training session and within competition to save disappointment from both parties

Always show respect towards the opposition and lead by example

Never condone misconduct by any player or tolerate or use foul or abusive language
